About Laura Wilson
In 2002, Laura Wilson embarked on an ambitious journey from Romania to the United States, pursuing a vision that would intertwine the restorative powers of Pilates with her lifelong enthusiasm for physical well-being. With a robust background in sports and an acute understanding of body mechanics gained through her work as a massage therapist, Laura became a beacon in the Pilates community after attaining her STOTT PILATES Full Certification in 2005. Her expertise and unwavering dedication to continuous learning have since propelled her to innovate and develop specialized programs tailored to diverse needs, particularly emphasizing the profound impact of Pilates in geriatric wellness.
At the core of Laura's philosophy is a passionate commitment to educating and empowering both clients and instructors to harness the therapeutic essence of Pilates. Her instructional methodology, refined over years and augmented by extensive certifications in Gyrotonic, Spin, Vinyasa Yoga, Resistance Training, and Muscle Activation Techniques, is designed to demystify complex movement patterns, making Pilates accessible and effective for the elderly population.

About Dr. Juan Castellano
Juan Castellano is a renowned Physical Therapist, based in Tenerife, Spain. He is a healthcare provider of complete, specialized services in Orthopedic and Sport Medicine, Physical Therapy and Fitness.
Juan is a Manual Therapy Expert and Specialist in the prescription of exercise for health and special populations. He is recognized as a Pilates Master Trainer in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, presenting often at PT and sports medicine conventions all over the world.
He works to design exercise programs as part of a multidisciplinary research group, bringing Pilates to the medical community and advocating for its study as a viable form of health maintenance and rehabilitation.
