Unlock enhanced performance and reduced injury risk for your clients who do overhead sporting activities through targeted Pilates exercises designed to strengthen the core stability, improve flexibility, and boost shoulder girdle health.
The term “overhead athletes” refers to athletes who participate in a sport that requires moving their upper arm and shoulder in an overhead arc. The most common overhead sports include baseball, softball, basketball, football, tennis, volleyball, and swimming.
