This workshop bundle delves into the ranges of motion available at the hip, pelvis, spine, and shoulder. We'll explore the forces acting on each of these joints and the compensatory movement patterns that often arise. For every range of motion, we’ll examine potential compensations in both Mat and Reformer exercises.
You'll learn how to recognize these faulty movement patterns as they occur and determine the most effective verbal cues and hands-on adjustments to address them.
